Amaya is The Grand Del Mar’s casual, all-day restaurant offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine complemented by a wine list emphasizing selections from Spain, Italy
and France.

Seating is available in the handsome dining room or on the expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the beautiful fairways of The Grand Golf Club.

Menu Highlights

Our Executive Chef Jason McLeod and Amaya’s Restaurant Chef Camron Woods present enticing entrées such as: Seared Snapper with Eggplant Caponata, Sunchoke Purée and Blood Orange Sauce; Colorado Lamb Rack with Spinach Spanakopita and Sweet Garlic Jus;and Lobster Pappardelle with Tarragon and Parmesan.

Amaya’s distinctive Mediterranean-style menu is also characterized by an array of tempting sides, such as Truffle Parmesan Fries and Sweet Potato Purée, as well as a series of sharable dishes designed to encourage guest interaction – among them a Carpaccio Trio and a selection of Flat Breads, such as the Gorgonzola, Dried Fig and Balsamic Vinegar offering.

Additionally, an authentic wood-burning rotisserie is used to roast savory items, including Boneless Prime Rib and Veal Rack for Two, and entrées from the grill include Garlic Prawns and American Wagyu Beef “Kobe Style.” Dinner entrées start at $27. Lunch items starts at $13.
