The Clubhouse Grill’s offerings range from hearty, familiar fare to lighter, healthy dishes.
A continental breakfast, featuring breakfast pastries, refreshing juices, granola and yogurt parfaits, and fresh fruits, is served Monday – Friday. The weekend breakfast menu includes traditional items, such as Buttermilk Pancakes with brown sugar-cinnamon butter and a drizzling of warm maple syrup, a Bacon and Egg Breakfast Burrito, and an Egg White Frittata with scallions, spinach, goat cheese and grilled tomatoes.
Locals, members and resort guests enjoy an array of choices on the lunch menu: White Shrimp Quesadilla with roasted tomatoes and cilantro, Tuna Niçoise Salad, Classic Monte Cristo with smoked ham and Swiss cheese on brioche with berries marmalade, Slow-roasted Beef Dip, and Grilled New York Steak and Chips with a zesty Chimichurri sauce.
