The outdoor pool bar features flat-screen televisions for keeping up on all the latest scores and friendly bartenders creating imaginative cocktails.
Snacks, fresh fruits and ice cream delights add to a menu of salads, sandwiches and grilled favorites, such as Poached Salmon atop a bed of young spinach, crispy bacon and dried cranberries, The Grand Burger topped with chipotle mayonnaise and accompanied by fresh guacamole, Tropical Cobb Salad with shrimp, chicken, pineapple, papaya, and black beans, and Fish Tacos with Mahi Mahi and red pepper aioli.
From the Pear Mojito to the Raspberry Limoncello, the specialty drinks
at Poolside are infused with sun-ripened flavors, and refreshing
non-alcoholic treats include the Watermelon and Cucumber Cooler and
the Pomegranate Breeze.
