The Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Grand Del Mar has been magnificently reimagined to combine the lavish splendor of Italian palazzos with the natural grandeur of Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve. Hannah Zoe
Inspired by her years living and performing in France, Hannah Zoe imparts her international perspective on classic jazz standards while paying homage to their origins. R&B and surprising takes on contemporary hits complement her jazzy repertoire to cater to music lovers of all tastes and generations. Hailing from Upstate New York, Hannah Zoe is a graduate of the Fredonia School of Music where she studied both classical performance and jazz.

Enveloped in Splendor
Take in the beauty of Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve on a hike or trail ride—or while sipping a craft cocktail in the bar. In a specially commissioned mural that spans all four walls, artist Jim Wodark pays homage to the canyon’s most iconic elements: its ancient rocks, cascading waterfall, and distant mountains. Masterful brushstrokes and a warm color palette capture the very essence of this natural sanctuary.
The Library
Explore where nature and culture collide. Lined with artwork of flora and fauna found throughout the canyon, the library features a wide selection of books curated by nearby Warwick’s, the country’s oldest continuously family-owned and operated bookstore.
