A modern-day monument to the invigorating spirit of the Renaissance, The Center For Wellbeing specializes in the arts of quieting the mind, soothing the body and emboldening the spirit. Open to the public, spa treatments are available to guests age 18 and over. To make a reservation, please call (858) 314-2020. The Center For Wellbeing features 21,000 square feet of Old World elegance with 11 luxurious treatments rooms – including a romantic couples’ suite – for massages, cleansing facials and hydrotherapy body treatments. Our Men’s Lounge and Women’s Lounge both offer lavishly appointed relaxations rooms with stone fireplaces, showers, steam and sauna areas, and indoor whirlpools. A shared outdoor relaxation area, whirlpool and Relaxation Pool are also available for guests to enjoy.
Rooted in the healing traditions of the past and the regenerative science of the present, the award-winning menu of services at The Center For Wellbeing is designed to calm, balance, and naturally restore health and beauty from the inside and out. ASTECC-certified practitioners employ a complete suite of treatments, from hydrotherapy and soft tissue therapies to Dr. Vodder’s MLD and biochemical elements. Each treatment was custom designed by renowned consultant, Anne Bramham.
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the expansive Fitness Center offers the latest in exercise technology, including Life Fitness treadmills with personal viewing stations, a range of exercise bikes, an Elliptical machine, and a comprehensive lineup of weight machines, free weights, stretching devices and exercise balls.
Inspire your workouts, prevent injury and achieve real results with the guidance of a personal trainer. Our experts will create a custom program tailored to your fitness level and goals. Personal training sessions (60 minutes) and performance training sessions (90 minutes) are available by appointment at (858) 314-2020.

Tone, tighten and strengthen with this high energy workout. Hit all the major muscle groups using weights, resistance bands and your own body weight.
Saturdays, 8:30 am – 9:00 am
Deepen body awareness, calm the mind and connect to inner peacefulness as you flow into tranquility with guided breath and meditation. This practice will reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia while heightening clarity, concentration and creativity. Come with an open mind and heart. Beginners and established meditators are welcome.
